Hosted by Oro di Milas, this immersive experience offers a rare opportunity to experience the olive harvest alongside the people who live it every season. Throughout the week, you’ll walk ancient landscapes, harvest olives, visit the mill, enjoy exceptional regional cuisine, and discover the traditions that have shaped this remarkable region for thousands of years.
Presented in collaboration with Women In Olive Oil, this journey brings together members, spouses, partners, friends, and olive oil enthusiasts from around the world who share a passion for exceptional olive oil, meaningful travel, and authentic cultural experiences.

California offers the perfect backdrop for connection, learning, and renewal — home to many of our members and producers, and a region that celebrates innovation and collaboration.
This intimate retreat will feature guided tastings, vineyard visits, farm-to-table meals, and meaningful conversations on leadership and the future of olive oil.
